I will no longer shop at this store because of an employee named Carol. She has to be the rudest little prick ever! I refuse to spend my money where there is blatant disrespect to the customers, who by the way are the reason employees are able to sustain employment in the first place. Plus, a lot of their item prices went up like 1000% percent (I'm exaggerating, but you get the point). The rotisserie chicken used to be $4.99, and now it's somewhere around $20. Like seriously? Lol, I think I'll stick with Shoprite!

Quality has decreased significantly since the A&P which was once here became Acme, as it is today. The overall selection and quality of goods is low in an objective sense, not just relative to the former A&P.
Produce here is almost always wilted or overripe. (Seriously, I've not once in the past three months come home with veggies that were entirely un-bruised or fresh.) Unlike the prices, the atmosphere feels cheap. No thought is being put into customer experience.
The fish monger is nice, though.

Not much of a difference from when it was A&P. Good selection of fresh produce and have all the standards a supermarket should have.

Been here a few times in the past couple months. Most of the meats I buy spoils witin 2-3 days and produce doesn't last more than a week. It's good for commodities

Acme did away with the liquor department. I was quite impressed with the fact that several staff offered me help as I wandered around the store. I believe the Acme prices are better than A&P's were.
