I find that somewhat perplexing, as Mike and his crew always have responded to quality assurance issues. I do remember paying a service call on a family in the Rockaways who abused their top by not cleaning spills promptly. Both Acme and A & K came out to the house on numerous occasions. We tried our best, but the abuse was much too pervasive. Note to others: if you're not going to clean your counter, maybe this isn't the counter material for you.

Michael Terranova installed our icestone countertop that we ordered from A&K Tile on 9th St. He installed a $5000 countertop - he did not seal it properly resulting in many stains to the icestone. He was unresponsive to come back and fix it and has not responded to our phone calls.
