Found this through googling "carry on luggage brooklyn" and happy we did. The woman who waited on us was extremely knowledgeable about airline baggage policy (both domestic and international) as well as the pros and cons of various brands. Did not try and upsell us to the pricier models. I would shop here again for any luggage I needed.

Great selection, knowledgeable staff, patient and kind service, good prices. Parking on the side street was not difficult (with a few quarters). I was pleasantly surprised to find this well-established store, when I had to replace my broken luggage in a hurry.
