Ace Hotel is incredibly unique. With a vintage modern feel, each space and every room is curated -- giving you a unique experience each time you stay. The staff is very helpful and overall, it is a delightful experience.

A nice well positioned hotel with clean facilities and a nice bar foyer area.
The rooms are small but clean, not much hanging space for clothes.
Amazing coffee shop incorporated at the front of the hotel.
Staff are pleasant and friendly.
Normal wait for 10 days for NY hotels to refund the $200 deposit, not unique to this hotel. My major gripe with NY hotels!!

Nice and affordable hip hotel in the center of Manhattan. Rooms are regular size for NYC but tastefully decorated and clean with remarkably nice bathrooms. Service and amenities are top notch and again at an excellent location.
