I can't even begin to say how happy I am with this company. The owner gennaro made such an effort to come take a look at my flood damaged carpet at the minute! I am beyond pleased with my carpet! I will never use another carpet company :)

- Poor #109578

Did not give clear estimate. Did not clean the stairs. Saying that nobody told them to clean it. And if you want it to be cleaned pay additional amount of money. Be careful with this company. Ask them to give you detailed estimate.
