I met with a lawyer from accident relief and he really explained to me in detail how a case develops from the time of injury in a public street until the case is settled. I was not aware that there is only a 90 day statute of limitation to a get claim filed with the city. A friend of mine slipped on a public street and broke his arm. This happen entering the subway station. Ice that should had not been there was in the walkway. This created a dangerous condition to pedestrians. Luckily we can get our claim in on time.
