Service was fabulous, food was incredible, ambiance perfect. Overall, incredible dinner.

I came in a little late for the lunch rush hour and was the only customer in the establishment for at least 45 mins. The service was none the less outstanding. The meal was absolutely delightful. I had the Caesar salad freshly made table side in a very traditional way. A huge and tasty Portobello mushroom in a vinaigrette sauce and melted mozzarella cheese on top. Complimentary cheese and Prosciutto with bread and butter on the side. The attention to detail and level service is what impressed me most. Would come here and would recommend to my friends when in town.

Extremely disappointed that I was unable to taste the delicious food that everyone raved about. My boyfriend booked a reservation for us on Valentine's Day. We arrived 5 minutes early and were told that they were running 30-45 minutes behind. Once we gave our name, they said we could check our coats and have a drink at the bar.

I couldn't tell how they were keeping up with the numerous people that were checking in after we did, nor did I think they had a plan on how they would seat people going forward. It was definitely a scene from a movie as waiters and hostesses alike were scrambling to pass bills around.

We ended up leaving because we couldn't figure out if we would indeed be seated in 30 minutes as there seemed to be no organization behind how they were keeping tracking of people that signed in. We figured if we stayed, we may be rushed as to try to get people in since they were running so far behind.

Terrible experience and I wanted to try this place out.

We just had the best dining experience we have enjoyed in 20 years! Acappella is an incredible gem. The meal was impeccable, the service exquisite and ambiance superb. Who would have expected this world class experience from such an understated and simple entrance. Blown away....and going back for seconds tomorrow night! What a wonderful surprise.
