Being in property management for over 25 years i have never engaged in such a wonderful tech support team like Mr Hochman and his entire staff. The pricing of the product is amazing. They completly understand all our clients needs and they actually treat my issues as if its " their issue ". the sales team headed by Mark Weinstock is not a pushy in you face team. he meets you, sets you up and he works out a payment plan or use of credit card to help you through transition.
My favorite part of dealing with Academy is when i have an issue, i email them and within 24hrs my issue is resolved.
Dont be nervous about trasition from your current off the shelf system Mr Hochman is a brilliant scholar and wont let you down.
