Excellent customer service. I was having a gift (business card holder) engraved for a colleague. The gift arrived late from overseas so I had to ask for a rush job. Academy Engraving dropped everything and the gift was ready on time. And, Academy did a beautiful job for a reasonable price. I highly recommend Academy Engraving. On top of it all Ivy is very nice and helpful.
