When my brother arrived here with an H1B he thought all was well. Then the company he was to work for closed and he had no job. He was facing deportation but I found him the best abogado en Newark to handle his immigration issue. With the help of this skilled immigration lawyer he was able to get a new job and remain here.

I needed to find an immigration attorney for my grandmother but she only wanted an Hispanic attorney in Newark. She is from Puerto Rico and I understood that she needed a Spanish speaking attorney that would make her feel comfortable. I found that lawyer with Smotritsky Law Group. She was very happy with the Abogados de Inmigracion and she was able to get all of her affairs in order.

When my father called me he said he needed an abogado de inmigracion in Newark. I could tell by the tone of his voice that he had a serious issue. Immigration was trying to deport him and it was the day after Obama gave his reform speech. I called Smotritsky Law Group and immediately and they took control. A judge delayed the entire process.

I was searching for a Hispanic attorney in Queens to be my father’s immigration attorney. I looked up Abogados de Inmigracion on line and found Smotritsky Law Group who provided me with a Spanish speaking lawyer. That saved my father from a great deal of stress and hearings. It was a simple paper work issue but the language barrier made it worse. The immigration attorney straightened all out. I am very grateful to Smotritsky Law Group for their help.

When the Supreme Court struck down the same sex marriage ban my husband and I were relieved. However we needed to find an attorney who was willing to file a same sex immigration marriage petition. We found Abogados de Inmigracion on line. Because of this law firm my husband no longer has to worry about deportation and I do not have to lose him or become an ex pat.
