The building is nice and units are good but there is so much construction and noise that it discounts everything. I'm on 33rd floor and hear *everything* around the building. The "soundproof" windows don't even block out the constant beeping you hear from all the trucks backing up all night long or the jack hammering that goes on at 3am across the street every night. That being said, there is only so much the building can do and the staff and management have been pretty great. If you're a heavy sleep then this building might be a good fit. If you're a light sleeper come back in a year or two.
