Very mean staff & we had an appointment @ 12 but still waiting @ 12.40......all the receptionists are always mean. I took my aunt three times up there. I also took an appointment one time & I was charged more than the price I was told. Only one dental assistant is nice.They can't even find my aunt's xrays.

So unorganized when it comes to approvals from the insurance company. Doesn't care or respect if you are suffering a pain. There was papers missing when the sent my authorization request for a crown and overtime I called I was getting a bad attitude over the phone saying it's my insurance company problem and when I called my insurance company I was told that authorization is denied because the dentist didn't sent the proper documents. If you really have a problem with your teeth and want it to get resolved without being suffering for weeks stay away from this place

Great group of professionals. Dr. Zimnes is very nice, kind, caring and thorough. The new Dr. Ben is equally competent, friendly and smart. Cassie, the assistant is sweet and so is Shannon, the hygienist. Even the new front scheduler unlike the previous one is very nice. Can't say enough things about this place. I highly recommend them with absolutely no reservations and have actually sent other family members and friends.

Clean, professional staff and friendly. My son and I were very happy with the excellent care they provided and the way they took care of your needs. We loved everything about this place! Would highly recommend to anyone. Thank you for leaving a lasting impression for our future visits to your office.
