Very knowledgeable and excellent customer service. They have good classes too. The store is located up in a commercial building so you don't get all the retail madness. At least not on the weekend.

Good service, very knowledgable staff. This is a specialty camera shop geared mostly for professionals. While I give their camera expertise 5 stars, they lose serious points for exceedingly expensive service (you can argue it's worth it, but I personally believe they're overdoing it on pricing). Add to that the fact that on two separate occasions I've been given conflicting information on cameras I've had in for service...they don't seem to communicate terribly well internally, which means you might get a different answer depending on who you speak with when you call to check on repair status.

You can't take good service for granted in this town, so when a shop goes out of their way to be helpful and informative it really makes an impression. Matt was outstanding in his sincere interest in what our needs were, and provided us with everything we needed to make an informed decision.
