The roofer (Chad Bowen) did not close roof when instructed and rain poured through the house. Understandable. It happens. However, at the end of the job, he submitted a bill for extras. When I baulked, he stormed off. When my roof leaked 6 months later, he claimed that my warranty was not valid because I didn't "pay in full," meaning for the extras. He also claimed at that time that he placed a contractor lien against my house for the "extras." :-).
In sum, Chad has an aggressive temper and should not be client facing.
