-A rusty, delapidated warehouse with leaky roofs and poor inventory management.-Poor communication between departments causing orders to go missing, innaccurate delivery times, false information, and wrong information given to phone reps (meaning the answers to your questions are 75% of the time wrong or just plain fabricated out of thin air).-Upper management are greedy and pay little mind to what's important to run the business. Simple improvements that could make a difference are never implemented because any input by the workforce is ignored by the owners and general management who spend their time watching videos on youtube of kittens and ducks crossing roads.-The workforce is under paid, poorly trained in the industry and are not motivated to work.-Workers constantly quit, utterly disgusted with the time wasted at ABC, causing a revolving door of employees further causing uninformed phone reps.-Warehouse employees speak no english so make common mistakes leading to wrong parts delivered, damaged parts.-Any side mirror you order will shake when driving faster than 30mph, all headlights will fog up with moisture after a month. Parts are poorly handled and are constantly damaged by the time they leave the warehouse.-Office has mold, a layer of an unknown type of dust, flies, poor ventilation, no fire safety protocol even though the whole warehouse and office contains highly flammable material.-If you are hired you are told that you cannot miss more than 1 day for the first year of employment and that the most important thing is to constantly be reachable on the phone because it is always busy. Yet, they will not hesitate to suspend you for 2 weeks without pay for mistakes that are commonly made, especially by management themselves.-Human Resources is one woman who is not reachable by employees.-They have Racoons in the roofs. Racoons.-If you call and are placed on hold, you will be tortured with outdated hold music and a recording chop full of false information. -The IT person is also the office supervisor, credit card order processor, printer and fax machine repair man, online account coordinator, system data coordinator, money handler, part inquiry person, and computer repair person.-No dental. Only matches 1% on 401ks. No prescription coverage. Constant mistake on pay checks. Some employees have somehow owed the company money because of payroll mistakes.
