If you want bedbugs please do rent from this location. I got them thanks to Aaron's they use weak pesticides and re-use furniture. Now I'm treating my apartment with Orkin Pest Control and with no relief. Where is the city when they need to control this problem with this type of business transporting bed bugs all over the place. Management is verbally abusive to customers and employees. The day I was present I notice how one employee a newbie was treated like crap by this one guy name Anthony a manager at this location. I feel bad for the poor guy no one should ever be exposed to that type of treatment at a work place. Buyer and renter beware they do scheme to over charge with fees. I wish no one else go through what I'm experiencing with bed bugs thanks to Aaron my life is upside down and left in hardship. I invite you to call the better business bureau and file complaints if necessary. The City needs to find out what's going on with deceiving practices and this epidemic of bugs caused by re-used furniture. I give 0 stars to this location.Thank you.

This place is unreal, the office in New Rochelle I have to say is just as bad as the corporate office themselves. I would never refer anyone to this place. I first received furniture from the store in Central Islip, I have to say that they at first made errors but they fixed it and have been great after. But when I moved here to westchester n transferred my contract over to the one in New Rochelle, worst thing I could've possibly done. When we moved to a bigger place they didn't come and move the bedroom set as they were suppose to, they almost lost their sofa n loveseat to our last landlord because they refused to pick it up because we bought something else. When you call the corporate office or this office noone is ever available, everyone saids they will call you. Right back and they don't, and after the 100 calls makes you wanna say screw this. They charged my credit card which they weren't suppose to keep on file for the month without my permission. If you don't watch out with them they will commit fraud and everything you let them get away with at this store. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! And that is the few things I only mentioned besides they could never get your name right in the system.....I am so glad that I will never get anything else from them again....I WENT TO RENT A CENTER...so much better. Well Aarons I hope your rinky dink circus you have going on over there along with your manager Anthony you got from 1-800- rent a dummy all go out of business.

I'd like to know where they recruit their employees!! Do they stand on a corner and say hey who wants a job? These people in this store are unreal!! Nasty and dumb!! How many people do you have to speak to so they can finally get things right? Aarons has great merchandise but I've dealt with another store in Staten Island and believe me when I tell you it was the same experience!! Rude Rude Rude!!! Once I finish paying off my T.V. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN!!!
