Horrible experience next time I will go to rent a center!!! The store employees are very rude and if you are a day late they blow up your phone literally and will call your reference on you!!!!!

They have wonderful products... BUT DON'T BE LATE ON A PAYMENT!!! Cause they talk to you and make you feel like you less then them...
Next time I will go to salvation Army or Goodwill since they act like they gave you charity and you ain't paying for it along with the late fee... I was charged a late fee when I was not late as well... So better off paying online?

Manager has a nasty attitude. if you do not know how to function in customer service perhaps you should choose a different field of work. smh (loyal customer)
