Great service!! Wonderful People. I am moving back to Florida this weekend, but when I drive back to town (which I most likely will), I will definitely come back if I need any car service done.

The best shop I've been to ever. They made me feel welcome and comfortable throughout the whole procedure of receiving a new transmission for my truck. They removed my old transmission and dissected it in front of me for my assurance and knowledge that everything is going down correctly. There was no gimmicks. We immediately got down to business as they showed me what parts were affected by wear and tear. They explained everything they needed to do to my transmission and explained why it was important in the case of a rebuild. I recieved my car back within 3 days and a 3 year warranty for if anything wrong would happen. They have a good finance plan for those who can't pay in full. Above all, the best customer service ever. They made me feel like a close friend.

I Gave this franchise my business of a 4,500$ transmission rebuilt on a nissan, after a year the transmission failed AGAIN, i agreed to that amount because I specifically asked for NEW original parts, and I wanted professional labor work. Aside from that I trusted them again with my Infiniti, I called at 9AM to get a few things done, they told me to come in at 1pm, I showed up at 12:30 because I'm serious when I set APPOINTMENTS, They did nothing with my car, didnt even look at it, I specifically told the receptionist that I need It back today, I work a block away from laguardia, theres little public transportation services there and I dont trust the MTA to get me to where I need to be because of there random service changes and unpredictable delays. I couldnt stress it enough, I stated over and over I need my car Back TODAY!!!!! nope, they never called me back, I made all the effort to find out about any updates concerning my vehicle, 6 hours and no one bothered to attend to it, finally when they decided to call me it was to tell me that the tests to my cooling system would be done the next day and I would be able to pick it up in the afternoon. Again What i told the receptionist flew right over her head, i couldnt be anymore clear. its simple, they never planned on looking at my car today, they just didnt want me to take my business somewhere else so they gave me false promises in the hopes that I would agree to leave the repairs for the next day, I dont respect shady business, I like everything to be clear from the beginning. If you're overwhelmed with work and you cant deliver dont waste peoples time, Sorry but this ends my mechanical work with local businesses, my car is at bayside Infiniti scheduled for repairs tomorrow morning. thanks but no thanks. Customer satisfaction should be number one at every business.

I have a 2002 Honda Accord. Brought it in because of a whirling/clanking noise coming from the rear right wheel. I assumed my brakes because they haven't been changed in a good while and about 2 years ago this same establishment said that I would need new rear brakes soon. At the time I appreciated the honesty and figured I would return to them to fix my noise issue and my AC. They check my car and say that the noise is coming from the rims because all of them are bent. The rims were indeed bent but I've never had any other problem besides the occasional flat tire. But I figured new rims would make my ride smoother, so I agreed. But I inquired about the brakes. They said the brakes were fine. Odd. But I'm no mechanic so I swallow their crap. I had profile tires and 17inch rims prior to this visit and I left with stock rims and hub caps. My car looks drastically different, but I accepted that because in the end functionality trumps all. A few days after coming out of pocket a few thousand, the noise returns. Luckily they have a 10 day follow up check. I return the car to them and inform them that my initial problem still exists. After about an hour one mechanic says he doesn't hear the noise and would like to ride with me to see if the sound comes back. We go around the block and like a charm the noise appears and he and I confirm the noise. My car goes back in for service. A half hour passes and another mechanic (the mechanic from 2 yrs ago that said I needed brakes soon) says we could not find anything wrong and is ready to send me on my way. I tell him that another mechanic drove with me and confirmed that there is a problem. With a puzzled look he excuses himself to go check. About an 20 minutes later I'm told that my rear brakes have no padding and need to be changed. Really? I agree to the repairs and leave to return later. This is a Holiday weekend by the way. I get the call that my car is ready and how soon can I return they ask. I say about an hour because I'm walking. I'm put on hold for a bit and then told that they can not wait that long and ask if I can pick it up on Tuesday? I CAN NOT BELIEVE THIS PLACE!
