These are not fake posts. I am a real client who has just recently been approved for the apartment that I wanted. I got an amazing deal on a very spacious apartment in Brooklyn and this realty group made the process smooth and easy for me.

They were straight forward and very kind people. I highly recommend finding an apartment through them!!

Pretty much , all of the reviews here are fake. Just look how they only review this place and their competition. All reviews were posted within 1 month. I actually never rented from them, however I can see from all these reviews that they are fake. It says a lot about their integrity. I went to another broker and was very skeptical because of the reviews on him. He then showed me that those reviews were done by the same guys reviewing aac realty , flatbush realty and flatbush rentals. I am not the type to start giving negative reviews but when I saw that , I was appalled. These guys here must have no integrity. I understand the concept of fierce competition but this is quite low. I would keep away from these guys just from their lack of integrity. Good luck

Love this place, went to them quite a few times and they always have the top of the line apartments within the neighborhood. If you want a great spacious apartment, they are 9 times out of ten the ones to have access to them. They are always helpful, they do in fact follow up with you no matter if you find an apartment on the first attempt or not. I would recommend it to anyone who is having a difficult time finding a decent apartment for the right price or just dont have any time at all. I like that if they have a bunch of apts in the same area (within 3 blocks of the next) they hand you the key so you can bounce around and really take your time feeling out your potential space. I cant rave enough about these people. They know how to important and tedious this task can be and they help you any way that you can. If money is an issue, let them know and they work very hard to stay in your range. Talk about above and beyond the call of duty!!

My experience with this Realty was wonderful! I worked with the showing agent, he was so helpful and she made the stresses of apartment hunting feel like nothing. I had tried contacting agents from other companies prior to finding this Realty, but I never felt like I was a priority. they always followed up with me and kept in contact through the whole process even at the end when I was doing the closing process.I would recommend them to anyone searching for an apartment,
