- Terrible #57619

Incredibly unprofessional and possibly a front for money laundering because no business owner in their right mind would run a business like this. I tried for 3 weeks to place an order to find out 2 weeks later it never was placed and it would now take 6 weeks instead or the original 3 weeks they quoted. They also suddenly need to change color of frames. incompetent and rude is a polite way to describe their staff. I went to Brooklyn Window placed the same order in 2 hours and was completed in 2 1/2 weeks for $1000 less.

Great business! I live in Maryland and I needed window parts that were virtually impossible to find locally. I found Aa website gave them a call and they helped me find everything I needed. They even recommended a part that I didn't know needed to be replaced. Thanks
