This roofing company was very professional and informative. The owner was present on the job site throughout the installation. The owner was extremely professional ,friendly gentlemen who had outstanding roofing experience and knowledge .The installation team was prompt ,worked uninterrupted and was amazingly spotless when the job was done. This company was the highest of 3 estimates.Clearly,in this instance,you get what you pay for.

They live up to their name - Reliable. They must be the best kept secret in Jersey. I live in Brooklyn. My roof is 14 years old, with attached homes on both sides. I've never done maintenance on it and with the recent rains it started raining in my son's room on the second floor (I have 3 floors). Two roofing companies came to do estimates and DIDN'T BRING A LADDER!! I told them all that there isn't access from inside of the home. Another came with a ladder not big enough and told me the issue in my son's room was due to my neighbor's roof (how did he know)...he didn't give me a concrete date he could return and then said he was too busy. Tony of A1 Reliable made an appointment to give me an estimate, showed up on time, had a ladder, gave me a conservative estimate even after I pushed him to find more stuff wrong with the roof. Gave me a 5 day time frame for material delivery (my color shingles), instead he was back 3 days later - the job was completed DONE! He did find a few more things, showed me the damaged pipes and adjoining metal, etc. but totally worth it. From start to finish, professional.
