Horrible inspector, came late and finished inspection in 30 minutes. Never brought a ladder with him to inspect the roof and refused to do so! Worst customer service, inspection report was cut and paste with small details here and there from the home. The report must have taken a max of 10 minutes to write. He MISSED so many details. Had to rehire another inspector.
Raj Bansal is a CROOK, there to get your money. WILL NOT return your phone calls. Avoid at all costs, would not recommend to my worst enemy. Raj, learn how to do a proper inspection and learn the value of customer service. AVOID!!!
