Worst food delivery experience since moving to New York 28 years ago.
Laughably late delivery. Called after waiting an hour for delivery from three blocks away, and received promise that food would arrive in 5-10 minutes. Called again 30 minutes later to cancel order - after 10 PM now - and, offering profuse apology and discount, manager said that delivery was crossing street. Food arrived 10 minutes later, stone cold with container cover ajar so that it made a mess when removed from the soaked through paper bag. Have never eaten shrimp with soft, mushy, texture achieved by A+ Chinese. Order had obviously been misplaced after being prepared, then sent out instead of being made fresh. Anyone can make a mistake, but what were they thinking when they sent out food that had been sitting so long? First and last time trying A+. Shamefully thoughtless performance.
