Horrible service and communications! I never thought that I would have to interview a management company as part of considering an apartment. Now I wish I had. Unresponsive, hard to get a hold of, very unprofessional, and highly unorganized.

Horrible buildings. The owner/management only fixes the short term problems. No heat, no hot water for several days over a 3 month period in the winter time. Also the boiler keeps breaking down and has caused a lot of damage in our apartment. We have not had the use of a 3rd bedroom for almost the entire month of February. If we had known these issues existed we would have never agreed to rent. Stay away from renting these apartments.
