A Hairs Castle

Great Place for Kids and Family. They are truly one of the few places that concentrate on quality. My whole family goes here including my kids and myself. They have movies, toys for kids and a great adult area to enjoy the haircut in peace and quiet.

I agree with other reviews that it is very hit or miss. The only pleasant stylist is Pamela. The others are pretty miserable and the prices change every time...often end up feeling ripped off but go for the convenience. Pamela is great, especially when the owner is not there. Somehow the prices are always higher when the owner is around.

Where do I start? the haircutter (who it appeared managed the shop) was rude she went to answer the phone 3 times during the cut, she ignored my haircut request for my 3 year old and cut nearly all of his hair off (I asked for a trim) a really poor haircut, she spent 3 minutes cutting his hair and appeared to be rushing to get to someone else, she was not nice to my kid (who was very chill) and to top it off she overcharged us.. I felt violated a truly awful experience... J
