horrible service. i paid $100 for a perm but when i went home and wash my hair...the perm was gone. i went back to complain and wanted a refund but they wont refund my money back. the lady told me cause i paid for a cheap package so its like that. she also told me to use gel. why would i pay $100 fr a perm that doesnt exist and i have to gel up the style? horrible service and they dont have any sense. they try to hustle my money. i will never go back there and dont advise anyone to do so. they cant do hair and have no sense. and definitely they dont have good service.
