- Poor #213417

If I could rate no stars I would & since HATE is a very strong word I choose the 2nd star. I am so disappointed with this establishment. Very unprofessional to promise a job to be done and not deliver. Not only did they not deliver but did not communicate by phone or email. How do you run a business promising services you can not commit to. You should be more honest and have communication with the consumer. I would have more respect for you if you would have at least called with ample time to tell me you could not deliver. Now I have to go elsewhere and I will probably not have what I need for the date of the occasion. Thank you very much.
