I had a horrible experience with them moving out of NYC. The costs ended up being three times what they had quoted me, which I only learned after all my belongings were on their truck. They lost several of my boxes and despite filing a claim with their "claim management" company, they have not reimbursed me. Moving is pretty rough to begin with, and they made the whole experience so much worse.

The most unprofessional and inept company I have ever had the displeasure of doing business with. They do not accept credit cards which is suspect because it leaves you no recourse if you are an unsatisfied customer as I am. They have no tools of the trade; they left my possessions unattended;they broke several items;it took (3) people 8 hours to move (4) rooms of furniture less than a mile increasing the initial charge by $700 for a total of $1200 and refused to unload without the extra charges in cash!!!!. Has not returned any of my calls to question any of the above to date. I incurred extra charges from my new management for being (3) hours over the agreed upon moving time. They started at 9am and did not finish until 7pm and they were 35 minutes late with no notification. I was looking for Arrow Moving which is a reputable company but when I clicked I was unaware that it was AA Arrow and not just Arrow so please be attentive to company name.
