Good inexpensive barber shop... but just dont ask for a specific haircut because instead of making "suggestions" seems sometimes they want to give you a haircut more to thier liking... but for the neighborhood best prices and they are fluent in english as well... unfortunately after going there for months i most likely wont be returning... when you are paying for a service and ask for a specific haircut i always honour someones opinion but you shouldnt tell your customers what they want then just do it because you are an experienced barber... oh well...
