Terrible costumer service. They ruined a cotton poplin shirt by over pressing it and turning it yellow. First time I went and picked it up it had a yellow stain down the front placket and it was over pressed. They tried three times more and it only got worse. Today I complained with the owner and all he did was scream at me! Take your stuff to Trafalgar right in front.
