Repair tire in about 15mins. Good service but tends to always say you need new tires.

I have a BMW with non run flats, they wouldn't patch up a tire because it was a BMW. They probably didn't want to risk damaging anything because their insurance doesn't cover a lot.

Never come to this place...! I come them to buy four brand-new tires and they give me one wrong size on one of my tires.

I brought my car into 86TH STREET TIRE SHOP IN BROOKLYN to patch one tire. When the tire was reinstalled on the car I noticed a lug nut was missing.

After further investigation we discovered the stud which the nut bolts onto was missing off the car- only 5 of 6 remained.

Questioning the mechanic and the manager JOHNNIE, he explained that the car was like this before and he did not know where the nut or stud was.

LESSONS LEARNED- IF YOU HAPPEN TO BRING YOUR CAR TO 86TH STREET TIRE SHOP FOR WORK MAKE SURE YOU TAKE PICTURES OF YOUR CAR THE WAY IT WAS - THERE IS NO PROTECTION FOR CUSTOMERS AGAINST THESE SCAMMERS - THE POLICE CANT HELP YOU

ITS YOUR WORD AGAINST THEIRS - MY CAR PARTS ARE IN THE GARBAGE CAN -IF HE ADMITS HE BROKE IT HE HAS TO PAY FOR IT.

THEY ARE DISHONEST, SCAMMERS AND THEY CHEAT THERE CUSTOMERS.

they tried to up sell me by telling me that my tire cannot be patched. I went to another shop and they patch my tire up right away. Because of their honesty I tipped the installer $5. Never go to the shop ever again.
