70 Greene Apartments

Current resident. Paper thin walls, management will not resolve noise complaint issues. The ductwork of building vents connecting units magnifies the sound making it impossible to avoid. The HVAC units are connected - so smells are unavoidable. Moving out asap.

Love my new apartment at 70 Greene. The staff went out of their way to make me feel welcome from day one.

I'm not only a resident at 70 Greene, I am also the building's Service Manager employed by Equity Residential (owner and operator of the property). As a resident, however, I love this building. The location is excellent, NYC is one stop away on the PATH train and our train station is only a block away. The gorgeous waterfront is also a block away and it's a great place to jog or just go for a walk. There are many fine local shops and restaurants in walking distance and most deliver right to your door if you are not in the mood to venture out. The building is beautiful with an outdoor deck and pool as well as a fitness center and other more niche amenities like a movie theater room and golf simulator.

It's been a great couple of months so far, you definitely pay for what you receive though.
