We have used them for over a year, but recently had issues with drivers getting lost, or dispatcher giving wrong address after confirming correct one with us. THE LAST STRAW was when they failed to pick up my husband this morning to go to LGA. Supposedly, they are a 24 hr service. He called last night to let them know when he needed a car for this morning, and had to give his address multiple times. Even though my husband is a native Spanish speaker, the dispatcher seemed confused no matter what he told them. He called them several times this morning and no one answered.He barely made it to his flight in time. We will NOT be using anymore!
