I moved into 515 East 72nd Street at the end of long search for apartments in Manhattan. I was focused on getting a home in Lower Manhattan (Tribeca to be exact), but I am very glad that I looked upward and found this UES apartment instead. I have a one-bedroom here with a well-designed floor plan, and I can’t really say I have any regrets about moving in here. Given the prices I saw in Tribeca, this apartment was a real steal, and I am thankful my agent showed me this place despite my downtown fixation!
