My gel manicure was great and the staff was nice, but my friend got a toe infection after her pedi.

After waiting for 20 minutes as 3 chairs just sat and talked I got to begin the mani/ pedi process. My feet got to soak for a delightful 30 seconds before the pedi began. My pedicure was so rushed, not only did I get cut, my legs were rubbed quickly with the exfoliator and never rinsed off. Then came my mani.....after a quick cut ( and ANOTHER CUT on my cuticle bed) my nails were left uneven and lopsided. When I asked to have them straightened, I got an eye roll and some nails filed to the quick and some left crooked. Then came the uneven polish. Also done so fast that I spent more time waiting to begin than the entire process took.....yuck.

The prices are very affordable and the staff accommodating. I am surprised there are so few reviews considering the place is always full when I go no matter what hour or day.
