Worst service ever experienced. Anywhere you take your animal to, should be some what of a joyful place. This place is far from that, but it gets much worse.
We scheduled an appt for our cat to get groomed here for the 5th time. When we bought her in, the lady said it would no longer be one hour, but now 2-3. Since we drove from Queens about 1 hour away, and waited 2 weeks for this apt, we agreed to wait. 3 hours later we went back only to find out the cat was NEVER started, and she would need 4 more hours. Considering the circumstances, this was quite a shock and super disappointing.
I explained that I was upset that we wasted an entire Sunday, and could have avoided this with a phone call after the cat was dropped off. The owners solution was simply to cancel the appt, after the day was wasted. She was the rudest, most inconsiderate person I ever spoke to, and I was blown away that she was the owner. I would NEVER EVER EVER use this place, and I would suggest you stay far away from anyone this messed up in the head. She was a complete a-hole, w NO respect.
STAY FAR AWAY. Worth paying more to not deal with these fools.
