Few places in the area will pick up and deliver your laundry, but 328 does and often same day depending on your schedule. Great service and perfectly folded clothes are worth the added expense. The per pound price is similar to other laundromats where you have to drop off and pick up on your own.

I brought 6 pairs of pants down to be altered -- being a guys guy I have no idea what to do and how long they should be, etc. So I relied on them to use their judgement. First huge mistake! I got the pants back and they were over 3 inches too long! I was actually walking on the pants when I wore them. When I brought them back and asked them to rework the pants they were totally unable to understand the problem and wanted to charge me full price for the fixing. I bargained them down to half price by pointing out that what they had done was clearly wrong and that I had trusted them to do it correctly, but they didn't. The story doesn't end there, though. After a week I came to pick up the pants and they had only done half of them. They claimed that they hadn't done the alteration to the other half, someone else did. I was shocked -- who else would have made such an egregious error in measuring my legs??? I only buy pants every six months and these were brand new pants, so I was 1000% confident that I had brought them in to get altered there. I told them that I swear to god these were done there. They kept telling me I was wrong. So I got in a big fight because I couldn't believe they were accusing me of being a liar over a few dollars. At that point it wasn't even about the money, so after a long discussion that ended heatedly I got all my clothes that were being cleaned there and left swearing to never ever come back. Great prices, bad service, bad quality, and terrible attitude. I can't believe they accuse their customers of being liars!
