The building is ok unless you move out and then they cheat you out of the move out fees. I moved out without incident in December. I was supposed to receive half of my move out fee right back but somehow my SECOND check was cashed instead. I have not heard back from anyone on the matter and conveniently and suspiciously enough the PHONE number listed online for 2600 Association is actually a FAX number so you can't reach anyone. BEWARE OF THESE SHYSTERS.
