Very very poor experience: both unprofessional and incompetent people there... Trying to go for the wrong repair first so they can try to charge you more... They drained the battery letting interior light on overnight shortly before the car had to take NYS inspection. The car didn't pass because of this and I had to drive the car around wasting fuel for more than 200 miles in order to reset the system they failed. No apologies, no help, limit aggressive. I finally had to go somewhere else to get help as the car wouldn't reset itself. Avoid this place...

Worst experience ever! The mechanic at this business is a THIEF and will not hesistate to take advantage of his customers. He charged $325 to change 3 differential bearings and to put back the same broken pinion washer in a Crown Vic. When confronted he said the cost was mainly for labor ($225 an hour!). When my husband started complaining he told him to shut up and became extremely aggresive. Do not go to this establishment there are plenty of mechanics in Astoria/LIC that will fix your car and not steal your money.
