If i could only give zero stars this service was terrible said two minutes i waited 15 called back and was told the driver left but they dont do outgoing calls i am not waiting outside in 18° weather for a cab. The dispatcher was very rude i was upcharged for a location i previously went to with the cab service. The 2nd cab that was sent since the first left "got into an accident" i just think the dispatcher never sent another until i called again and i still had to wait another 6 minutes. Never again

They Take Too Long To Pick You Up . Do Not Call If You Have To Be Some Where On Time . I Called And Was Told 5 Minutes . 20 Minutes Later I Call Again & Was Left On Hold For Another 5 and Was Told 5 Minutes another Car Was Coming . 10 Minutes Later Still No Car. I Had To Catch One On The Street . The Worst Car Service Possible To Call I Tell You .Also , During The 3rd Call I Tell Them No Car Had Arrived After My 35 Minutes Wait And Their Response Was "OK" . No Way To Conduct Business Or Treat Customers .
