This guy is absolutely the best there is and I mean for an excellent price. He is getting ready to look at a third car for me tomorrow and I tip him each time he does the service and you should too! He is very detailed in his review and will not only provide a written sheet of what he inspects, but will tell you the vibe of the salesmen at the dealership if something seems fishy. He is also willing to have a conversation with you afterwards with any questions you may have regarding the car. I live in NC and sometimes purchase cars from up north. In my situation, my passenger vehicle was severely overheating, and several indications pointed to a failed sensor. After I described the problem over the phone, Alex suggested that the problem could be mechanical. I scheduled an appointment for the next day. Upon arriving at my premises at the scheduled time, he told me that he was pondering the problem overnight and highly suspected a failing Water Pump. After performing several tests, it was apparent the overheating problem was indeed isolated to the Water Pump. There was absolutely no doubt when it broke apart during its removal. Following the repair, I can honestly say that it has been quite a long time since my car has operated so efficiently. I am very satisfied with the results of his work.
