I used this space for a brand photo shoot and will never use it again. The studio space was fine, the staff not so much. There were difficulties getting correct equipment and on the day of our shoot we were provided with a bad computer monitor. Correspondences from studio employee Amber were very rude and unprofessional, not to mention void of proper grammar. The studio was very difficult about any administrative issues. I don't recommend anyone use 16 Beaver.

Nice, reasonably-priced space to rent for a cocktail party or similar type of event. Has 2 bathrooms (though one lacks a mirror), a large open space and a kitchen. Great location near Wall Street.
