- Terrible #39596

Broker screwed us out of our rent stabilized protections by slipping in a rider. Be very careful when signing anything they hand you!

I had a great experience at 159 real estate. I called Mr. Amauris Martinez one of their agent. He showed me nice apartments in Washington Heights and inwood. I applied for one of them and the next day he called me to le me know that I was approved for the apartment, so fast. He followed my application, takes care of the minimum detail. I really suggest you to Contact him, he wont waste your time...
