106 St. Tire & Wheel - Elmhurst-Queens Boulevard.

I went in for a regular oil change at Queens Blvd location. They mistakenly emptied out my transmission oil while changing the oil. They did not realize it and couldn't figure out why my car wasn't shifting gear when i tried to drive it off. They claimed it was my transmission causing the problem and told I'd be fine to drive home (60 miles) and come back the next day when they have the main mechanic guy to check. I only found out the cause by googling and they then fixed it for me.
Thanks for wasting 5 hours! Never going back again!

Got all 4 tires changed and they were very generous with there help and prices. I found the staff very friendly.

I did the alignment to my car. My car still pulling to the left, I thought my be they didn't do a good job, I went back paid for it for the second time, still not good. I thought my car has tie rod end problem so I just kept driving like that and one day I was driving to CT , had a flat tire and went to town fair tire. I did the alignment there and man, they did a great job with my alignment. Either they did a exceptional job or the 106 tire store has no idea how to do alignment or they just charge ppl , drive around the block for 1 time and say they did the alignment.

Car died on 125th St. in Harlem. Called Nissan who put me in touch with these guys. Anthony was my point of contact; he was super-nice, super-communicative and dispatched someone out to me right away. Jay answered the call & did a thorough Q&A to diagnose the problem. Thanks to his expertise, I didn't need a tow after all - he gave me a jump & sent me on my way! So grateful to these guys - because they were so professional we were able to salvage the rest of the day (which happened to be our wedding anniversary!). Thanks guys for the top-notch service!

I read this late...i am a victim of the cheap wheel alignment. Thought it was good but my SUV is still pulling to the left. I asked for the sheet but they fought tooth and nail not to give it to me. smh...place sticks!. I guess you get what you paid for.
