Recently we had a serious problem: moving an oversized piece of furniture back into our Ridgewood home. A well-regarded moving company had told us the job was a challenge and couldn't be done. They said the piece was too large and the house entry and staircase too small for the piece to fit. We couldn't live with having to sell or give away the piece. Not only did Rob immediately answer my call, but he offered to come to my house within a week and try to move the piece. After several attempts to move the piece up the stairs, Rob and his team figured out a way to get the piece into the house by lifting it through a second floor window. The job was done!
