This place is unbelievable. My family bought a dining table from here and on the day they delivered it to us, they broke a leg straight off the table. They told us they'd get us a new leg, so we waited three days while perching the table precariously on the broken leg, and eating on the floor. When they finally brought the new leg, they ended up bringing the wrong leg and asked if we wanted to use it anyways. We told them 'of course not' and so they made us wait another week for the replacement.
We believed the problem was finally over when they brought the right leg and used the table for 4 months before the same leg broke off again while we were setting the table for dinner and the plates we had set up shattered on the floor and the food spilled everywhere as well. Thank goodness our 9 year old wasn't anywhere near the table. We took a good look at the broken leg and discovered that they hadn't brought a new one, they just superficially molded some type of clay around the effected area.
Today, we went back to the store to ask for a refund, or at least store credit, but they insisted we just accept another replacement or repairment of the current table. We did not trust this business any longer, so we would be crazy to use one of their products again. So we rejected their offer and persisted on receiving compensation for the table, but they were firm on not complying to our wishes. We became frustrated and demanded to know if they would have no problem with us contacting them through legal means, and the store owner scoffed and told us to go ahead, that she definitely wasn't going to give us a refund, exchange, or even bother to fix it for us.
My family and I are dumbfounded by the owner's attitude towards us and would like to prevent any further cases such as ours. Believe us, their products aren't worth your time and money.
