If I could give 0 stars to this company, I would. As per other reviewers, the lease is full of illegal clauses. It took about a month for me to receive a copy of the lease after moving in. I had to pay a $500 security deposit for two cats, 250 of which is nonrefundable. The apartment was in generally decent condition, but some things that needed repaired were never addressed the entire year I held the lease, despite my making frequent calls. Almost 90 days after moving out, and I still have not gotten any of my security deposit. A nightmare.
