Really rude over the phone. They are a repair shop, but when I called to ask if they could could look at my Vespa all I got was attitude and a hang-up?

Very rude attitude + refused to give price for part over phone!
I asked for right grip + throttle tube which come as 1 peace for SYM HD200, nothing difficult. Plus refused to give price for their 1 hour job.
Looks like they have different prices for everyone. Classical unfair attitude depending on probably how you look (how much you can pay).
Won't go there for sure!

Zoom Scooters is a great place to buy scooter and motorcycle gear and have your bike worked on. The prices are always very reasonable and the turnaround is quick! If only they would open a Manhattan location!
