Adam Zoldessy P.C, Attorney At Law contacted one of our process serving firms within our network needing to obtain service of process.
The process serving firm completed the job very within 72 hours and returned to AOS (Affidavit of Service) along with supporting documents & surveillance photos of the individual accepting service of process.
The secretary of Mr. Zoldessy, named (Kaitlyn) has been negligent to have the payment remitted for the services and Mr. Adam Zoldessy's office have received several phone calls regarding the delinquent payment.
Three months have passed and the Law Firm still has not yet tried to establish contact with the Process Serving Company to pay for their services they received despite of the numerous attempts, emails, and certified mailing.
