I love this place. I go all the time to get mani, pedi and eyebrows done. The girls who work here are professional, friendly and efficient. I rated this a 5 star because I've been a customer of Zizzi for a very long time. What I love about Zizzi is that it is a consistently reliable salon with competitive prices. I find their staff to be super friendly, very easy to work with and very accommodating.

I have been coming to this salon for years and it has slowly worsened over the years. This is the last time I come here. This salon is very unprofessional. It looks dirty inside, for example the floors looks run down because of how old they are. The chairs are ripping and the paint on the walls is chipped in various places. The worst is that they can't keep an appointment book. They finally sat me in the chair 30 mins after my appointment. Done with this place!

My wife dropped by this place for shampooing and nail treatment, it was delight experience getting friendly staff services. Will come back again!

Walked in to get a pedicure and a worker was sitting on her phone in the chair not doing anything but apparently she wasn't "available" The owner was so rude and told me she can't do it as her appointment is walking in now. So rude and obnoxious. Looks dirty inside as well. Waste of my time!!! Don't ever go here!!!!

They are so rude and pretty dirty. When waxing, I'm pretty sure they just use the same stick all day. After getting my lip waxed, I broke out in hives all over my face, even though the wax only touched my lip. I've been here plenty of times but this is the last straw. I only ever break out after coming to this salon, never anywhere else. On top of this, the girl who was waxing my lip was rude and told me to " go to the other zizzi".
